Le projet d’Agadir a connu plusieurs rebondissements. En 1981, il a été demandé de rénover le site de fond en comble. Il s’agissait de remplacer les bâtiments obsolètes par des constructions logistiques opérationnelles, de construire un silo clinker, de valoriser l’aspect des bâtiments de process vus depuis cette zone touristique exceptionnelle,  d’organiser et sécuriser les accès à l’usine, de paysager les fronts de taille. Tous ces projets ont été menés à bien pour le bonheur de l’industriel, des autorités locales et des riverains. En 2006, il a été demandé une version plus culturelle de l’esthétique des bâtiments industriels culminant (seconde illustration). En 2007, l’usine a été condamnée au profit de la nouvelle usine d’Ait Baha, à proximité de Taroudant.

The Agadir project went through several twists and turns. In 1981, a request was made to renovate the site from top to bottom. This involved replacing obsolete buildings with operational logistics ones, building a new clinker silo, enhancing the appearance of the process buildings as seen from this exceptional tourist area, organizing and securing access to the plant, and landscaping the quarry face. All these projects have been completed to the delight of the industrialist, local authorities, and residents. In 2006, a more cultural version of the aesthetics of the culminating industrial buildings was requested (second illustration). In 2007, the plant was condemned in favor of the new Ait Baha plant near Taroudant
