En plus d’un plan d’organisation urbaine de l’usine, et une première modélisation architecturale des bâtiments de process et des bâtiments logistiques, je positionnais l’usine au centre d’un énorme cercle paysagé, comme si une goutte d’eau géante avait fertilisé cette terre rocailleuse. Le temps de la construction, les arbres auraient poussé avant que les alentours n’aient eu le temps de se peupler, phénomène incontournable en pareil cas. L’isolement ne dure qu’un temps. Le site industriel sera alors visuellement protégé par une ceinture verte, évitant tout conflit de voisinage futur entre l’usine et les populations riveraines qui ne manqueront pas de se développer à sa périphérie immédiate.

In addition to a plan for the urban organization of the plant, and an initial architectural model of the process and logistics buildings, I positioned the plant at the center of an enormous landscaped circle, as if a giant drop of water had fertilized this rocky soil. By the time it was built, the trees would have sprouted before the surrounding area had had time to populate, as is inevitable in such cases. Isolation lasts only for a short time. The industrial site will then be visually protected by a green belt, avoiding any future neighborly conflicts between the plant and the local populations that are bound to develop on its immediate outskirts.
