Belle du Temple

Un projet immobilier neuf dans le plus ancien quartier de Paris. Les constructions ont été sculptées dans l’espace épuré de ces multiples contraintes de prospect. Le chantier, incluant trois niveaux de parking en sous-sol,  fut un défi permanent dans ce quartier réputé difficilement accessible, au cœur d’un ilot urbain mêlant tous les siècles et les technologies de construction.

A new housing project in the oldest district of Paris. The buildings were sculpted in a space uncluttered of the many constraints of prospecting. The project, which included three levels of underground parking, was a constant challenge in a neighborhood renowned for its inaccessibility at the heart of an urban block that combines centuries of construction technologies.
